October 21, 2008 Board Meeting Agenda Item #26 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #6 TO THE ARCHITECT'S AGREEMENT FOR THE NORTH COUNTY TECHNICAL CENTER PROJECT Description The scope of work for this amendment shall include the cost of basic design fees through 100% construction drawings for Phase 1A and Phase II.  The total cost of this amendment will include actual design fees and will be adjusted accordingly once the construction GMP for these two (2) phases is established.  The cost for this amendment shall not exceed $1,809,418.81.  Funds for this amendment are available through the project budget account. Recommendation That Amendment #6 to the agreement dated 10/4/2005 with Schenkel Shultz Architecture for the North County Technical Center project be approved as presented.
